REFUND POLICY (For All Camps/Clinics)

 
  For payments made in full AND if cancellation by e-mail occurs at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event (336 hours prior to camp start time on Day 1 of camp) a full refund, less a $50 administration fee will be given.  After that time, no refunds or credits will occur. No refunds will be given for voluntary exit from camps or clinics.  In the event that an individual camper cannot attend due to a medical reason that happened after the aforementioned time frame, a doctor's note signed by a physician must e-mailed to marlinsoftballacademy@gmail.com
