REFUND POLICY (For All Camps/Clinics)

 
  For payments made in full AND if cancellation by e-mail occurs at least 21 days prior to your scheduled event (504 hours prior to camp start time on Day 1 of camp) a full refund, less a $50 administration fee will be given. After that time, no refunds, credits or transfers will occur. No refunds will be given for voluntary exit or no shows from camps or clinics.

In the event that an individual camper cannot attend due to a medical reason that happened after the aforementioned time frame, a doctor's note signed by a physician must be e-mailed to marlinsoftballacademy@gmail.com for refund, credit or transfer consideration on a case by case basis.

DEPOSIT POLICY: (For All Camps/Clinics): Most of our camps/clinics sell out. Because of this, deposits are in place to hold a camper's spot. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be paid in full no later than 21 days prior to event.
